2 cups (500 mL) original
1-1/4 cups (300 mL) hulled and sliced fresh strawberries
1-1/4 cups (300 mL) frozen sliced peaches (with or without skin)
2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh mint
In blender, purée together, strawberries, peaches, honey, lemon juice and mint until smooth.
Pour into glasses; garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
Makes 2 servings (about 4-1/2 cups/1.125 L)
Strawberries can be replaced with a fresh or frozen berry medley [raspberries, blackberries, blueberries]. Mint can be omitted.
